• Responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of the hospitals Sterile Processing functions, including decontamination, assembly, and sterilization.
• All reprocessing/distribution/pickup, and all hiring, training, and coordination of the work of all Sterile Processing staff.
• Manage all staff to include scheduling, time approval, hiring and corrective action as needed.
• The Manager is also responsible for all regulatory agency compliance for in-house sterilization of instruments and equipment.

Job Requirements:

• 5 years hospital experience working in the care of instruments, equipment and supplies or similar experience
• Associates degree in related field

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Bachelors' degree
• 2 years in a supervisory role
• Oklahoma license as a Registered Nurse
• CNOR and/or CRCST
