Wenger | JR Clancy is seeking is seeking a Machine Operator to join our team! As a Machine Operator, you will contribute to Wenger | JR Clancy's strategy to provide an exceptional customer experience by manufacturing safe quality products that are used in the entertainment and performing arts industry.

At a minimum, you'll need:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to read measuring devices including tape measure, ruler, square, micrometer and calipers

It'd be great if you also have:

• Forklift operation experience
• Crane/hoist operation experience
• Blueprint reading
• ISO 9001 Quality Management System knowledge
• Applicable QMS procedures and work instruction knowledge

What you will do on a typical day:

• Operation of an automatic horizontal bandsaw, operating machinery for cutting, punching and deburring materials used in the fabrication of finished products.
• Performing preventative maintenance on machinery.
• Identifying receiving product nonconformities and alerting supervisor to initiate appropriate action.
• Following proper safety protocols including the use of personal protective equipment.
• Performing work activities that are in line with achieving company quality objectives.
