The Job/What You'll Do:

Partner with Relationship Managers, the growth engine for our RIA-focused business. Support Adhesions ongoing efforts to grow relationships through deeper client integration, swift client onboarding, and client retention. Work closely with Relationship Managers to conduct detailed due diligence on clients' business models and practices. Assist Relationship Managers to maintain a book of business, including the forecasting and delivery of sales goals and targets, through dynamic account plans for both existing relationships and newly minted relationships in asset onboarding. Demonstrate proactive curiosity and the ability to develop key relationships and collaborate internally with our service and solutions teams to realize and retain full expected assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a strong working relationship with an assigned group of current clients
  • Work collaboratively with Relationship Managers as an Adhesion advocate for our clients/firms
  • Develop expertise in Adhesion's various value-add services, including tax management, tax transition, Manager curation of Adhesion's Direct Index and Personal Index portfolios, and OCIO+ programs through active consulting with the advisory firm.
  • Seek opportunities to increase wallet share through asset onboarding, winning outside assets, or positioning firms to grow by introducing more outsourcing options.
  • Retain firms by identifying possible threats and maintaining a strong relationship
  • Work with the marketing team to create campaigns to current clients, which highlight the value add services of the platform
  • Familiarize with the industry, trends, and solutions that continually enhance Adhesion's platform or overall offer to advisors

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to quickly learn managed account and technological solutions and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A self-motivated, client-centric teammate

Education & Experience:

  • Undergraduate Degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of financial services experience preferred
