Pay: $15/hr. + $1 differential

Schedule: 2nd shift

Qualified candidates will have 1-2 years of related experience.

Winding Machine Operator responsibilities:

  • Winding products according to work instructions and quality procedures
  • Reading and interpreting BOM and drawings accurately
  • Utilizing basic computer knowledge for job-related tasks
  • Using measuring tools such as rulers, tape measures, and micrometers
  • Operating machinery and understanding equipment operations
  • Comprehending safety procedures, work instructions, and assembly drawings
  • Maintaining attention to detail and working independently while following written procedures
  • Receiving continuous training on new equipment and processes
