Job Description

Job Summary: As a Senior Media Buyer, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing advertising campaigns across various social, video and display channels. You will work closely with our marketing, merchandising, and creative teams to develop effective media strategies that drive both online and in store revenue. This position will dictate the campaign strategy and execution of $1MM+ of monthly ad spend.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and own the media buying strategies across all social (Meta,TikTok,etc), video (Youtube), and display (Criteo, GDN, TTD).
  • Determine optimal budget allocations by channel and campaign type to ensure each dollar of media is spend as efficiently as possible.
  • Monitor and track media performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with the target audience. Manage an iterative creative testing process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new advertising technologies, and media buying best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain relationships with media partners and vendors to stay informed about new advertising opportunities and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Media Buyer or similar role in a retail or advertising agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of feed-based ad products
  • Previous paid media budget ownership.
  • Experience with working with creative teams to rapidly prototype social creative.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in media buying tools and platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok. YouTube, DSPs).
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Pay Rate: $90,000-$103,000/yr depending on background and experience.
