WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE

- Examines every order in RTO list in CRM system for effective first in, first out processing of orders
- Works closely with Project Consultants and Installation Managers to verify order accuracy
- Works in conjunction with Permit/HOA teams to track progress and ensure HOA ordering
- Processes Orders in rForce for a total of 900 - 1200 average weekly units as a team
- Processes all NSPRs (Non-standard product requests) and SPRs (Special Product Requests)
- Verifies Orders for accuracy and conducts self-audit
- Reviews and saves Order Confirmations, then updates product arrival dates in CRM for Install Scheduling Team
- Liaises with Corporate partners to ensure accurate, efficient delivery of product to specific warehouse(s)

- Strong understanding of administrative duties
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Time management skills
- Computer proficiency
- Objectivity, professionalism, and maturity
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt well in a changing environment
- Accurate, efficient, and proven data entry skills
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an office environment
- High School Diploma, required; College degree, preferred
