This is a management position which reports directly to the Program Manager for Monitoring and Evaluation in the Division of HIV Health. Duties include developing policies and procedures, evaluation and monitoring tools, contractual and grant documents, and budgets and budget amendments. You also monitor the performance of grantees and contractors annually via a site visit or performance review, and the spending of grantees and contractors monthly. In addition, you support the HIV planning group through technical assistance, provide technical assistance to grantees and providers, communicate the mission and goals of the HIV prevention section to internal and external partners, and assist in the writing the HIV comprehensive plan.
