A leader and innovator in financial services needs a skilled and experienced NodeJS Engineer tohelp our financial client build a next generation cloud based B2B brokerage trading platform with a crypto component.Be part of exciting new incubators in our financial client geared at rapidly moving ideas from concepts to scale to help bring these game-changing ideas to market.

Due to client requirement, we are unable to facilitate corp-to-corp consultants. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $80 - $90 / hr. w2

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related and 5+ years of experience with JavaScript and TypeScript with NodeJS
• Experience developing and supporting large-scale NodeJS Express applications
• Experience with microservices based architecture and microservices development with strong API design skills
• Experience building reusable NodeJS modules and comfortable using NPM to manage dependencies
• Comfortable with container technologies using Docker and Kubernetes
• API first approach for building products
• Experience using NoSQL database like MongoDB
• Experience or knowledge of working with Elasticsearch
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins and Artifactory
• Experience in an Agile development environment
