Job Description
Company Overview

Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people's lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).

What you'll do

As the Lead Product Manager for Transactions, you will work with key stakeholders to define a multi-year strategy and lead the efforts to develop the roadmap, vision, and priorities for delivering this new DocuSign offering. You will deeply understand the needs of customers across different industries including financial services to develop product capabilities that bring people together to accelerate multi-document agreement processes such as client onboarding.

DocuSign has built award winning and the most pervasive technology for enabling businesses to automate their agreement processes - from generating agreements, negotiating between parties, getting agreements electronically signed, managing the workflows and integrations once an agreement is signed, and analyzing and deriving insights from agreements. Today, DocuSign's products meet the needs of customers extending from individual consumers to large Enterprises. You will work on launching a new offering that supports these diverse audiences with key capabilities that impact how our customers engage with our UI and API to support their complex agreement processes end-to-end. Using qualitative and quantitative insights, you will deliver a new offering that both transforms how DocuSign meets customers' needs and drives measurable impact. In this position you will work cross-functionally with Design, Marketing, and Engineering and engage directly with customers to experiment and iterate to define and fine-tune the strategy and product roadmap.
