This is a highly visible position and critical to our well-defined growth strategy.   

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of success to join our growing team. As a Sales Recruiter, you will be filling growth positions for our sales teams in Milwaukee and Minneapolis.  We are looking for someone who is results oriented, excels at relationship-building, and has a passion for finding top-tier talent.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Source new candidates from a variety of resources
  • Network and build relationships
  • Screen applicants and candidates for role alignment
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of candidates for consideration
  • Conduct phone interviews for initial screening
  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract applicants to fill key position openings
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years experience in recruiting for business development and sales professionals
  • An industry savvy expert who understands current market trends and has developed innovative ways to source top talent
  • Experience screening potential candidates for both level of interest and ability
  • Outgoing and friendly personality, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to quickly establish rapport with people
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and discipline
