This is a highly visible position and critical to our well-defined growth strategy.
The ideal candidate will manage a diverse team of 10-15 highly skilled Account Executives. They will be responsible for growing our Local Recruiting and OFCCP customer base through new business sales efforts. We are looking for individuals who can help by training reps to become polished sales professionals and most importantly drive revenue for our organization.
The candidate we select will know what it takes to succeed in sales. They will create an environment that awards success and sets reps on an accelerated track to succeed at Infosoft.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Hire, train and coach new business Account Executives
Work jointly with leaders in Marketing and Sales Support to achieve company goals
Ensure inside sales processes are executed swiftly and consistently
Constantly refine the sales process to ensure we are maximizing efficiency and conversion rates
Monitor KPIs and continually make adjustments to improve results
Motivate your team to meet and exceed quotas and objectives
Coach and deliver structured training on sales skills, product knowledge and market dynamics
Asses the capabilities of each team member and work to fully develop them for a successful career at Infosoft
Bachelor’s degree required
B2B inside sales experience and 5+ years managing a team of quota carrying reps
Skilled trainer and coach with the ability to turn raw talent into polished professionals
Proven & documented track record of success
Ideal candidate has built and / or scaled an inside team to support sales goals
Understand strategic corporate and product messages
Strong ability to lead, manage, and motivate sales team
Ability to manage cross functional teams
Ability to build long-term strategic and executive-level relationships
Ability to assist personnel in developing detailed account and/or territory strategies (e.g., customer overview, business objectives, strategies, competitive situation, top opportunities)
Highly skilled in negotiation and deal structuring
Basic knowledge of common computer programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, etc.
Effective oral, written, and listening skills
Excellent time management skills
Prior use and understanding of a CRM system
