The Master Planner is a key member of the supply chain team and will own production scheduling, capacity planning, scheduled overtime minimization, custom order lead time quoting, and OTD. This role will also serve as the subject matter expert and trainer in Great Plains for manufacturing and supply chain modules.
Responsibilities:

Ensure Great Plains is set-up for 100% correct data and routing.

Quote lead times for all custom orders in 24 hours.

Provide production plans to operations including data-based recommendations on staffing, scheduled hours, hiring, and changes to lead times.

Point contact for all customer inquiries on product availability (through customer service)
Qualifications:

B.S in Supply chain/ Logistics/Engineering or equivalent

5 years buying/planning experience with emphasis on analysis

Lean experience a plus

Experience in Great Plains required

Interested in career growth – this role is management track
