Position Summary This position is responsible for overseeing all functions and duties in an assigned branch. This position will focus on bringing in new loan and deposit relationships while working toward sales goals, customer retention and staff development. General Duties/Key Accountabilities
Ensure adequate staff is available for all branch hours
Train staff, coordinate sales and customer service activities with all staff
Monitor and identify facility needs on a regular basis
Coordinate with other departments in the branch office to ensure open lines of communication as it relates to customer referrals, service and function of the facility
Works a varied schedule based on business needs
Additional duties as assigned
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
High school diploma or equivalent required; one to three years in Accounting or banking experience preferred
Strong math skills; add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and instruct others, interpret documents, understand procedures, write reports and correspondence, speak clearly to customers and employees
Ability to deal with complex problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations
Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
Maintain a complete understanding of regulatory and compliance policies and procedures
Demonstrate a “lead by example” mentality
Be able to work flexible hours and shifts
Travel to/from and work in multiple locations; must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Supervisory Responsibilities This position is responsible for supervising staff in accordance with the bank’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and taking corrective action with employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
