This is a highly visible position and critical to our well-defined growth strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of success to join our growing team. As a Senior Corporate Recruiter, you will be filling growth positions for our sales teams in Milwaukee and Minneapolis along with other key roles as needed. We are looking for someone who is results oriented, excels at relationship-building, and has a passion for finding top-tier talent.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Source new candidates from a variety of resources
Network and build relationships
Screen applicants and candidates for role alignment
Build and manage a consistent pipeline of candidates for consideration
Conduct phone interviews for initial screening
Develop recruitment strategies to attract applicants to fill key position openings
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years experience in recruiting for business development and sales professionals
An industry savvy expert who understands current market trends and has developed innovative ways to source top talent
Experience screening potential candidates for both level of interest and ability
Outgoing and friendly personality, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to quickly establish rapport with people
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong work ethic and discipline
