This internship offers students the opportunity to apply data analytics skills to real-world situations related to Gillette's strategic objectives. The Healthcare Data Analyst Intern will work with Business Planning and Development and other staff on projects and activities that relate to their knowledge and skills. The intern will help identify correlations leading toward better patient outcomes and reduced cost of care, create and test forecasting models, identify analytic opportunities, and analyze existing programs.
Throughout the program, interns gain familiarity with the operations of a specialty children's hospital, and have the opportunity to learn through project work. Interns may also participate in programs available through our Education Department and engage in observational experiences throughout the organization. The program is eight weeks of part-time paid employment.
The internship is supervised by the Strategic Planning and Market Intelligence Analyst under the direction of the Vice President of Institutional Advancement.
*Note: This is an internship and not an ACHE residency or fellowship program.
