Responsibilities
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a People Operation (Human Resources) Undergraduate Intern for our Crystal City, VA location.
The qualified candidate will become a part of the Defense System Group (DSG) and Civil Systems Group (CSG) People Operations team. The People Operations intern will be placed in a creative, professional and energetic environment where she or he will work on projects that align with the company's business strategies. The candidate will obtain hands on experience through projects in HR functions such as: Total Rewards and Performance Management, Labor Relations, Talent and Organizational Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Workforce Strategy and Analytics.
