Job Description
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who has a strong customer service orientation, excellent organizational and time management skills, and enjoys working on variety of tasks, to join our growing company!

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative, office support and facilities management activities, in support of our corporate and field offices. This includes handling inbound calls and email inquiries, maintaining and purchasing office supplies, logistics and office equipment, handling incoming and outgoing mail, sending out invoices, receiving visitors and deliveries, coordinating travel arrangements and employee welfare activities, and liaising with building management on repairs and maintenance issues.
 
Qualifications:
   * Bachelor’s degree 
   * Requires 2-4 years prior work experience in an administrative/office support role with multi-line call handling experience
   * Highly effective multi-tasker with strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills  
   * Strong customer service orientation towards internal and external customers.  
   * Friendly, professional demeanor and a positive attitude  
   * Strong work ethic and a self-starter
