Job Description
Due to continued business growth, MilwaukeeJobs.com is hiring! We are looking for a seasoned Operations Manager to join our team!

We are the industry leader in local hiring and government compliance (OFCCP) solutions and we're looking for a Compliance Operations Manager to manage our Compliance and Client Services operations, a rapidly growing part of our business.
 
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the OFCCP Compliance and Client Services operations.  You will also be responsible for planning and executing strategies to effectively drive organizational efficiencies in operations and customer service.  You will identify, recommend, develop and implement scalable improvements to systems and processes to meet business requirements and future growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide strategic and day-to-day administration of the company’s OFCCP Compliance and Client Services operations. Manage workflow and operations to meet service level standards and drive operating efficiency, quality, and productivity.

Ensure that Employment Service Delivery Systems (ESDS) accounts for customers who purchase OFCCP Compliance packages are set up in a timely manner, jobs are reviewed and cross-posted to the company’s state job bank account correctly and expeditiously, and accounts are serviced appropriately and audited regularly. Ensure prompt resolution and escalation of account issues.

Manage a team of 10+ team members, including allocating workload, ensuring proper training, setting individual and team goals, and conducting performance reviews. 
 
Develop a solid understanding of company’s OFCCP products and services, regulations and compliance requirements. Keep abreast of changes in the regulatory and competitive environment that may necessitate a need to adapt systems and processes. Find opportunities to enhance current offerings and improve compliance efforts.

Manage client services which include onboarding, monitoring, and managing customer accounts, following up on customer questions and requests, assising with account renewals, and ensuring a highly satisfactory customer experience. 
 
Establish productivity, quality, and customer service standards. Set goals and metrics for the attainment of team and individual efficiencies. Drive continuous improvement efforts to improve operational systems, processes and methods.
 
Engage in tactical and long-term planning to ensure that levels of operation meet current and projected business demands. Undertake needs assessment, capacity planning and implement technology, staffing and operational strategies to achieve scalability.

Establish and maintain solid working relationships with state job bank providers.

Participate in the execution of daily operational tasks to include job reviews, job cross-postings, account set-up, account management, customer service, and monthly audits.   
 
Qualifications Required:
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Requires at least 5 years previous experience in operations, preferably in the management of a compliance team or fulfillment services.
  • Requires knowledge and experience in operations management. Demonstrated success in driving efficiencies in a rapidly growing business area.
  • Must possess experience in developing guidelines, operating procedures, and introducing process improvements that are scalable.
  • Prior experience with quality assurance is a plus.
  • Successful track record in managing teams with 10+ members
