We are looking for a part-time Accounts Receivables-Collections Specialist to join our growing team!

As a Accounts Receivables-Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing customer invoices and keeping our accounts receivables current. Responsibilities include:

• Contact customers and collect on past due invoices in a timely manner
• Reconcile monthly accounts receivable reports
• Interact with third party collections agencies as necessary
• Perform additional general accounting functions as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 2 years experience in processing accounts receivable and collections required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proven ability and expertise in managing accounts receivable, processing payments and collecting on past due accounts
• Commitment to provide the highest level of customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
• Self-directed, able to work independently and in a team environment
